Process Manager, Electronics Process Engineering

OverviewThe Process Manager monitors, controls and engineers to develop robust solutions for our test/manufacturing equipment to perform at optimum level.Responsibilities- Ensure that EMS is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to own the equipment to deliver products in a reliable way.
- Stabilise and fix — implement and supervise day-to-day engineering activities.
Execution, monitoring, solving.
Achieves targets for yield, FPY, cycle time, scrap.
- Approve routine changes; bring up major ones.
Conduct weekly performance evaluations; ensure SOP compliance.
-Lead builds and DOEs; validate process windows.
Equipment reuse.
- Implement PFMEA updates, SPC, DOE, lean or automation projects.
- Complete LAL projects like material, tooling, manufacturing / test process change.
- Lead Tier-2/3 RCAs and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate frequently with Quality, production, planning, IE to resolve issues.
