Responsibilities:
Process optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Production management: Oversee daily operations of carbon black manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth plant operations.
Data-driven decision-making: Monitor KPIs, analyze process data, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.
Compliance and standards: Ensure adherence to ISO, OHSAS, and environmental regulations.
Team leadership: Mentor and develop process engineers and operators, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
