The Company

Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key mining client are working together to source an experienced and qualified Process Manager for their team in South East Africa. This will be a FIFO (fly in/fly out) role 6/3 (6 weeks on and 3 weeks off).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Process Plant to ensure targets are achieved within corporate safety and environmental guidelines, covering financials: Capital Cost, Profits, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Review.
• Maintain mill availability, throughput and recovery.
• Manage Process Operating Costs and Capital Expenditure.
• Ensure reliable operation of the Process Plant to achieve maximum final product delivery.
