As a Process Mining value expert, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation through guiding the usage of **Celonis** , identifying customers’ priorities and the use cases, developing data-driven process insights and propose roadmap to ensure that customers receive maximum value.

**Your key responsibilities**

• Drive the squad with translating business objectives into high-impact use cases

• Use **Celonis** technologies to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer

• Lead the value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies
