Process / NPI Engineer Knowledge: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or medical industry. Knowledge of Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation. Experience with documentation management and change control. Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validations. Experience with line balancing, process capability (CPK), DOE, and data analysis.
