We collect food waste and transform it into animal feed, renewable energy, and other products. Our Edmonton plant hires a permanent, full‑time Process Operator to operate evaporator, feather hydrolyser, boiler, blood processing and environmental equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Evaporator System Operations

• Control the flow of poultry and/or porcine products through pumps and other internal processes
• Manage internal steam pressures, pump speeds, timing and temperatures, motor loads, conveyors, and augers
• Monitor the entire system to ensure Critical Control Point (CCP) standards are met
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within control rooms and cooking areas
• Test product regularly to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain applicable HACCP documentation
