As our new process operator, you will become a member of a startup team of a top-modern chemical production facility with unique and exciting technology and a high degree of complexity. You will operate the production facility, carry out maintenance, log in batch protocols, as well as participate actively in our continuous improvement work. This is a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the art plant built after high safety standards, at an international organization in growth. All our employees must have full focus on teamwork, HSE and quality. The position reports to the Plant's Operations Manager.

- Reception, registration, sampling and control of raw materials, intermediates and final product.
- Daily, hands-on operation of production, including control of raw material quantities, preparation of solvents, cleaning of production equipment as required, maintaining batch protocols, continuous monitoring of important production parameters, waste management...
