Process Operator (Operator Technician)

The Operator owns the equipment and results within their area, safely operating and performing basic maintenance on the line according to standards.

They safely operate, clean, inspect, lubricate, and run minimal maintenance and quality checks to deliver core shift and area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They actively work to eradicate losses and defects.

Qualifications

Minimum SKM or technical certifications. A diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics is preferred.
