                    Qualification : Bachelor / Master in Business Process Management/ Customer Relationship Management 
 Job Summary  WE are seeking a senior process optimization lead with 9+ years of experience in driving complex transformation initiatives within consulting, government, or large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leading end-to-end process improvement—from AS-IS assessment to TO-BE design and implementation—along with handson experience in CRM-enabled operating models. 
In this role, you will lead process diagnostics, design optimized workflows and ensure successful adoption of CRM-driven processes that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment and driving execution while ensuring governance, performance tracking, and sustainable improvements across the organization.
