Key Responsibilities

Owns and controls project Scope, Schedule, Budget, and Quality • Understands customer needs and drives alignment and collaboration across all functions. 

Establishes and maintains project scope and inter-dependencies with other projects, including efficient response to change and adequate communication of impacts thereof 

Oversees product and process technical design and identifies mis-matches with market needs 

Understands technical design aspects and facilitates identification of failure modes and effects – asks probing questions to drive optimal design for product performance balanced with low cost and manufacturability 

Understands manufacturing principles and aligns solution to fulfill long term profitability 

Conducts risk analysis and develops risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize effects to schedule and project delivery.
