Process Quality Engineer

I. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Quality Engineer with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to oversee the fabrication of aluminum windows and doors. The Production Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, managing manpower, and optimizing machine and CNC operations.

This role involves implementing process strategies, conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities, performing quality audits, monitoring compliance with quality standards, troubleshooting mechanical and machine-related issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The position also requires effective communication with foreign electricians and technical experts to enhance machine performance and acquire specialized knowledge.
