Job Description
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
- 3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.
- Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.
- Experience in the following processes:- Lamination- Cutting- Sewing- Professional English level.
- IATF ***** Internal Auditor certification preferred.Knowledge & SkillsQuality Core Tools- APQP- PPAP- DFMEA / PFMEA- MSA- SPCTools & Methodologies- Problem-solving methodologies.
- Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Minitab.Process Knowledge- Strong understanding of:- Production line processes- Control Plans (CP)- Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP)Quality Systems
