+ Perform all duties of a Process Quality Manager including but not limited to:Lead facility's strategic planning activities including but not limited to: performing quarterly future states, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, holiday planning.Lead all reporting to include: IC, headcount time and attendance etc. Manage teams to include: Payroll Specialist, Warehouse Administrator and Discipline Coordinator.Continuously observe, seek out areas of opportunity, and initiate improvement programs in order to lead the facility to operational excellence.Monitor and measure the results of the established programs.
+ Create and maintain successful cross-functional partnerships by:Working jointly with the DO on eliminating obstacles detrimental to the success of the programs.
