Process Reengineering Professional

Main Responsibilities

- Collect user requirements and conduct business research to identify deficiencies. Fix the deficiencies by reengineering related processes.
- Propose innovative solutions tailored to meet business needs, suggest actionable improvements to optimize processes and drive innovation.
- Act as the bridge between business users and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless collaboration.
- Work with users and vendors to ensure system requirements are properly delivered.
- Be the connector and coordinator between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring everything aligns.
- Execute user acceptance tests with precision and care.
- Create professional process flows using Visio and present findings to senior management.
- Technology Innovation: Drive adoption of AI/Web3 solutions where applicable (e.g., AI-driven customer analytics, blockchain-based settlements).
