Job Description

                    To set up the location of the drums / cylinder and make sure the empty drum/cylinder is ready to be filled. 
To inspect and verify the serviced drum/cylinder meets all safety requirements for filling, including the availability of the valve outlet cap, protective cap, last HT date and etc. 
To conduct liquid chlorine filling safely, SOP compliance and record into log sheet. 
To monitor and scan the QR code for any drum/cylinder in and out of filling area. 
To do weekly check on the accuracy of the weighing scales. 
To do chlorine pump hand rotation for every 3 hours. 
To record chlorine scrubber performance data into log sheet. 
To schedule any ad hoc maintenance task necessary for fixing, replacing and installing parts. 
To monitor, regulate and oversee all parameters within the plant to ensure they adhere to the operational specifications by making use of the data within the Distributed Control System and also fr...
