Process Specialist

**Job Purpose and Impact**

The R2R Process Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report processes, Journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP systems.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Perform general ledger accounting including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
+ Manage month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with company timelines.
+ Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
+ Support financial reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IC, P2P, and O2C for process alignment.
