Process Specialist - Corporate Lending Operations

We are seeking a Process Specialist to support Corporate & Commercial Lending Operations (CCLO), with a primary focus on loan closing & loan administration disciplines, driving consistency, control, and execution excellence across the loan lifecycle. This role requires deep expertise in procedure writing and training development, along with the ability to leverage A.I. enabled solutions to modernize documentation, enhance knowledge transfer, and improve operational efficiency.

Designs, develops, tests, implements, measures and manages processes. Ensures that process design reflects current business strategy and business/stakeholder requirements and supports the desired customer experience. Processes may be related to (but are not limited to) fulfillment, operations, services, sales, etc.
