Process Specialist (M/W/D)

Seeking a motivated MSAT Bio DS Process Specialist to support biologics downstream manufacturing processes. The role focuses on process transfer, validation, and optimization to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance within a cGMP environment.

Tasks

• Support technology transfers from development to manufacturing sites and CMOs.
• Contribute to process validation plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production activities.
• Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory and technical documentation in line with cGMP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, MSAT Lab, Development).

Qualifications

• Master’s or Engineering degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or related life sciences.
