Process Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility of Production line equipment
  • Maintenance and repair of FOL/BE equipment and systems according
    to plan
  • Repair (internal or external depending on type of defect)
  • Machine test and acceptance after repair
  • Organization and documentation of spare parts
  • Formal documentation of work instructions, monitoring procedures, commission documents in quality system, including change control.
• Production Support
  • Knowledge of Production flow and routines
  • Change machine settings for different products variants
  • Production of engineering lots
• Operator Training
  • Training of operators according to training plan
• SPC of equipment performance, and product performance
  • Daily review of control charts
  • Report issues to engineering level
