The purpose of this role is to ensure that the quality standards and customer specifications in the Electro-coating line are adhered too.

Job Objectives: Quality Ensure the product voltage, PH conductivity, acid level and temperature are correct according to specifications before use. Ensure that all chemicals transferred to the effluent plant is in line with the Environmental work instructions and procedures. Manufacturing Optimise line process parameters to improve units per input hour. Ensure that all tanks and pumps are maintained to eliminate any production downtime. Ensure that the chemicals specifications of the tanks are in line with the work instructions.
