High Level Roles & Responsibilities

 Authority to report risks regarding OH&S concerns

 Improve new or existing process to achieve goals thru

Kaizens focus into the KPI's indicators.

 Responsible to be in their work on time at beginning of

the shift.

 Maintain effectively the support on the manufacturing

lines and equipment to minimize Down time.

 Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and mechanical

issues on the existing equipment’s at KEMX.

 Responsible to administrate and optimize the spare

parts.

 Create work instructions, maintenance and calibration

task, assigned to him base on each position.

 Execute and maintain model changes at optimum level

based on the goal for each area.

 Supports the Vision and Guiding Principles and other

policies of Kimball Electronics Mexico

 Comply with all Safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)

and Quality Management System (QMS)<...
