Job Description

                    Responsibilities Authority to report risks regarding OH&S concerns 
Improve new or existing process to achieve goals thru Kaizens focus into the KPI's indicators. 
Responsible to be in their work on time at beginning of the shift. 
Maintain effectively the support on the manufacturing lines and equipment to minimize Down time. 
Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and mechanical issues on the existing equipment’s at KEMX. 
Responsible to administrate and optimize the spare parts. 
Create work instructions, maintenance and calibration task, assigned to him base on each position. 
Execute and maintain model changes at optimum level based on the goal for each area. 
Supports the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball Electronics Mexico 
Comply with all Safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Quality Management System (QMS)
