Process Technician II - Complex (2 Shot / Bi Injection) 2nd Shift Location: Rochester Hills, MI (On-Site) About The Role Under the direction of the Process Engineer Team Leader, the Process Technician is responsible for setting up complex injection molding processes, including multi shot and bi injection molds. This role supports first time quality, reduces scrap and downtime, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Comply with all internal safety procedures and OSHA regulations and participate in required safety training and support a safe work environment. Perform complete and accurate setups of multi-shot/multi-cavity molds, including loading approved process programs and ensuring proper hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and water connections per process book documentation.
