Process Technician – Moulding

About the role

The injection mould process technician is responsible for all aspects of the injection mould processes including, changing out moulds, completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mould equipment.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for setup, startup, maintain and repair of injection moulding facilities, such as injection moulding machine, auxiliary equipment, and other moulding related equipment.
• Work with production personnel to ensure moulded parts meet requirements, make adjustment as necessary.
• Perform mould daily/weekly cleaning at machine.
• To ensure production schedules are followed and discuss with production supervisor for changes in schedules.
• Perform immediate corrections (quick fix) to contain the affected products and to eliminate the detected non-conformance. Record the corrections taken into process card.
