Process Technician

Job Description:

• Assisting Engineer in generating Engineering related documents such as Engineering Instruction, 4M Change, Engineering Change Notice, Work Instruction, Point Panel, Special Attention Notice and Process Specifications.
• Assisting Engineer in gathering standard assembly time (SAT) of each stations and updating it whenever required by Superiors.
• Assisting Engineer in conducting technical evaluations and in the generation of evaluation reports.
• Assisting Engineer in the implementations of line balancing strategies to improve efficiency and maximize line capacity.
• Assisting in accomplishing of technical requirements and requests coming from customers and suppliers.
• Can determine defects encountered by the line by updating yield on a shiftly or daily basis on key stations and by summarizing it in a weekly and monthly basis.
