Process Technology Engineer -Rigid Packaging

**Job Purpose**

Commission and qualify new products for HDPE blow-molding and/or PET blow-molding equipment and processes. Resolve manufacturing processing issues related to introduction of new or improved HDPE blow-molded products and platforms or PET preform and blow molded products. Work closely with Product Development Engineers and Quality to communicate processing obstacles of new products during the design phase and assess viability of new products.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Take responsibility of process side of HDPE blow-molding design reviews and/or PET preform and blow molding design reviews.
+ Consult during project kickoffs and relay issues during post project reviews.
+ Review blow-mold prints for fit, process-ability, cycle time, and weight.
+ Assess HDPE blow-mold platforms and/or PET blow molders for process capability and condition.
+ Conduct blow-mold unit mold sampling.
