About the role
ADEC Innovations' is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our talented team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for training and developing our Accounting and Finance professionals, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering comprehensive training programs to upskill and certify our Accounting and Finance team members in A/R and A/P processes
- Developing and maintaining standardised training materials, including process documentation, user guides, and eLearning modules
- Providing ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the continuous improvement of our Accounting and Finance operations
- Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored learning solutions
- Tracking and reporting on training outcomes, completion rates, and performance metrics
