Processing Paralegal & Bank Closer for Banking Department of Law Firm

Busy and fast paced real estate and banking law firm with offices in Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Nassau seeking detail oriented and motivated legal assistants, processors, Closers, team leaders, attorneys and data entry personnel to join our fast and energetic growing team. Duties and responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:

Handling all necessary aspects of bank closings;

Intaking files and completing data entry;

Preparing loan documents and reviewing title reports;

Contacting clients, attorneys, lenders/mortgage brokers and title companies; and

Supporting team members with clerical tasks.
