Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Documentation Gathering & Verification: Collect and review necessary documents, including proof of employment, tax returns, bank statements, and income statements.
• Application Review: Meticulously check applications for accuracy, completeness, and potential errors, ensuring all data matches lender guidelines.
• Credit & Financial Analysis: Perform preliminary evaluations of borrower creditworthiness, calculate debt-to-income (DTI) ratios, and analyze financial data.
• Liaison Role: Act as the primary contact for all parties involved in the loan process, providing regular updates to borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents.
• Underwriting Preparation: Organize the loan file and submit it to the underwriter for final approval.
• Clearance of Conditions: Work with borrowers to satisfy any outstanding conditions or requirements set by the underwriter.
