Processing Supervisor

Due to the growth of our operation, Lynas Rare Earths has several newly created supervisor opportunities for experienced Processing Supervisors at our new Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF).

The Kalgoorlie REPF is a key strategic platform for critical mineral production, blending pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical process in an Australian first, rare earth mineral processing plant.

The Opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity for safety driven Processing Supervisors wanting to join us on our journey. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to have major input into leading and motivating their Production workforce to help achieve our production targets in a safe, sustainable and positive way.

These supervisor positions are offered on a FIFO arrangement.
