1.Process Engineer
What You'll Do
Develop and optimize processes.
Improve yield, cycle time, quality, cost, and boost process efficiency.
Solve process issues using DOE, FMEA, and 8D methods
Lead process qualification and NPI activities
Work closely with engineering, QA, and production teams
Implement SPC and Lean/Six Sigma best practices
What We're Looking For
Degree in Chemical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years' experience in chemical process / semiconductor.
Hands-on experience with wet chemical and cleanroom processes
