Job Summary:

The Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing technically compliant, competitive, and commercially sound proposals for water and wastewater treatment equipment. The role involves reviewing tender documents, developing preliminary equipment sizing, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring submissions meet client specifications and industry standards.
