Procore Specialist

Prime System Solutions is seeking a motivated and tech‑savvy Procore Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with Procore software, a solid foundation in construction processes and finance, and a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and grow with our company.

Experience with API integrations or a desire to develop skills in that area is highly valued.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal Procore specialist to handle onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot user‑related problems, and resolve integration‑related errors.
• Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects.
• Assist with updating and creating SOP documentation and setting up/updating training within Talent LMS, including updating PowerPoint documents and recorded trainings.
• Assign and monitor training within Talent LMS, identifying areas of non‑compliance.
