**Key Responsibilities**:- Strategic Leadership between GCC MX & In country Org US FRA (board of directors).
- Act as SPOC for FRA Head and FRA Team.
- Manage the execution of regional/global strategies for P2P.
- Highly accountability in In-country projects (Design, implement, and oversee strategic improvement programs across the organization).
- Provide End to End process knowledge and challenge upstream and downstream as needed to face the internal and external challenges.
- Oversight and highly accountability regarding M&A and divesture providing a 360 view of the P2P process.
- Focus on Risk Reduction and Compliance.
- Be the point of contact for project improvements (IT, P&O, R2R, Tax requirements,etc).
