Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to appoint a detail-oriented and highly organised Procurement Administrator to support the procurement and compliance function within the business.
Responsibilities Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers and suppliers. Ensure all required onboarding documentation is collected, verified, and accurately recorded. Maintain and update the supplier database. Conduct supplier due diligence checks in line with company SOPs. Ensure supplier information and compliance records remain current and accurate. Maintain supplier accounts and supporting documentation. Administer supplier contracts, including renewals, amendments, and termination tracking.
