1. Stock Procurement and Management. Procurement conducted according to written SOPs, company policies and comply with GWP and GPP. Procurement 95% availability in the group on picking level. Measurement according to availability report. Placing of main orders by 08:00 the day the new supplier account open, and top-up orders 14 days after this date. Negative stock report management. Where stock is not available: ensure OOS letter/discontinuation letter available on M-drive. Stock take preparations and accurate stock take count of below 0.2% error rate on counting sheets. OTC List stock availability actioned as needed. Orders placed immediately on instruction from line manager. Prepare and raise purchase orders for chronic, special meds and oncology department.
