ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Procurement is in charge of:

• Ensure procurement
• 0 Missing parts
• Control stock (no overstock)
• Maintain/follow good performance on suppliers.
• Good communication with suppliers (English Fluent)
• Strategic sourcing activities for interconnection suppliers.
• Quote and price negotiation for new product introductions.
• Keep the MRP system updated.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

The main tasks of the Procurement Agent are:

• Getting goods and services on time.
• Prepare book orders and send it to the suppliers
• Responsible to make Purchase orders and get the traceability of the material until receive it in warehouse.
• Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned to the company's needs.
