Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing overall procurement processes
• Tracking procurements of materials through the procurement cycle
• Ensuring that all request has been processed and service
• Coordinate to requestors the correct specifications and quantity
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Persistence and good negotiator

Qualification:

• Preferably Business Administration graduate or a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Technical, Economics or related field
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience (procurement experience preferred)
• Good data entry skills
• Excellent in good and written communication skills
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Must have at least 2 years work experience in Procurement to a construction company
• Must have at least 2 years experience in warehousing and inventory
