ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Procurement and Logistics Specialist-Ukraine. The incumbent will be responsible for executing procurement activities in Ukraine.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Procurement and Logistics Specialist position by 15 May 2025.The successful candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement or related field required, and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience in Ukraine is required, preferably with an international NGO or on projects funded by the U.S. Government.
