What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle procurement of raw materials and corporate/premium gifts that match our brand's quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers — especially in China.
• Communicate and negotiate directly with Mandarin-speaking suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Ensure all items meet specifications and pass quality checks.
• Conduct cost analysis to drive savings without sacrificing quality.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to align sourcing with timelines.
• Keep organized records of quotations, comparisons, and communications.
• Stay on top of trends in fashion, textiles, and new product launches.
