Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure all PO has been processed and follow up with supplier on the

delivery date.

1. To update price that increase from previous cost into the google sheet and

monitor the progress whether it has been done by Costing Department

1. To liaise with suppliers regarding goods to be purchased and negotiate the

price, terms, lead time and product quality

1. To source and get quotation for price comparison from suppliers and

vendors

1. To make sure the price is correct, and quantity is based on standard

packing from suppliers and is based on CSM standard packing as well

1. To liaise with warehouse by updating the delivery schedule in Google Sheet

to arrange delivery

1. To follow up outstanding items from previous PO with suppliers and

arrange for delivery once supplier got stock
