Procurement Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Source and procure building materials including steel, cement, glass, aluminum, and hardware
• Develop and manage supplier relationships locally and internationally
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with project requirements
• Monitor market prices and material trends
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams on delivery schedules
• Control procurement costs and improve supply efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years procurement experience in construction or building materials industry
• Strong supplier network in building materials preferred
• Proven negotiation and cost control ability
• Good knowledge of construction materials specifications
• Leadership or team coordination experience preferred
