Procurement Assistant

Our Client:

• MNC – Electrical Switchgear Manufacturer
• Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.15pm
• North - Senoko
• Basic UP $3000 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase orders in accordance with the specifications detailed in the requestor's form.
• Liaise with internal department and external vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track and ensure on time delivery and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
• Update, and manage procurement data into current and SAP system.
• Prepare and process procurement documentation
• Assist in negotiating purchasing terms, pricing, and agreements with vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Year of purchasing experience
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
