Procurement Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Vendor Selection and Project Shortlisting

• Requirement Matching – Analyze incoming project requirements and other details to identify matching capabilities within the vendor ecosystem.
• Shortlist Generation – Generate data-driven shortlists of qualified vendors by utilizing updated vendor technical and financial information, historical performance data, current contract exposure and compliance checks.

2.Database Maintenance & Data Integrity

• Serves as a custodian of the Vendor database ensuring vendor details such as technical and financial information are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct routine audits of the database to remove inactive profiles, updated expired certifications, licenses and etc., and eliminate duplicate or erroneous entries.

3.Vendor Performance & Contract Exposure (VPECE) Monitoring

• Issue updated VPERCE request reports.
