Job Qualifications:

  • With 2-4 years' experience in procurement/documentation
  • Processing Purchase Requests
  • Supplier Sourcing & Canvassing
  • Vendor & Internal Client Coordination
  • Purchase Order (PO) Preparation
  • Delivery Coordination & Expediting
  • Monitoring & Documentation
  • Supplier Payment Monitoring
  • Compliance & Process Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Procurement Team in the day-to-day operation
  • Help the buyer to complete the accreditation process of the vendors
  • Coordinate and expedite the RFQ and delivery from the suppliers
  • Assist on managing and monitoring of contracts.
  • Coordinates and follow-up internal clients on their requirement
  • Other clerical works that maybe assign form time-time.
