Job Qualifications:
- With 2-4 years' experience in procurement/documentation
- Processing Purchase Requests
- Supplier Sourcing & Canvassing
- Vendor & Internal Client Coordination
- Purchase Order (PO) Preparation
- Delivery Coordination & Expediting
- Monitoring & Documentation
- Supplier Payment Monitoring
- Compliance & Process Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Procurement Team in the day-to-day operation
- Help the buyer to complete the accreditation process of the vendors
- Coordinate and expedite the RFQ and delivery from the suppliers
- Assist on managing and monitoring of contracts.
- Coordinates and follow-up internal clients on their requirement
- Other clerical works that maybe assign form time-time.
