Procurement Assistant

Job Description:

• Assists and Supports the Procurement Department to Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of raw materials used in the day-to-day operations.
• Maintains network of suppliers for food products and kitchen equipment.
• Sources and purchases materials, goods, products, and services and negotiates for the best and most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Conducts cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Well informed and updated on emerging trends
• To assist in developing, establishing and maintaining processes to ensure that the products and services supplied by the Vendors conform to specified policies and standards set by the company.
