Procurement Assistant

Performs all local procurement duties from purchase order entry to post entry by maintaining good working relationship with vendors and accounts payable personnels, monitoring pricing, and delivery schedule. Ensures purchases are received at expected place and time.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any course, technical courses are preferred
• Must have at least one (1) year working experience in procurement or any related field in construction or engineering firm
• Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, and spreadsheet application
• Must be able to perform detailed work related to purchasing with judgment, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and promptness
• Must be a team player but able to exercise considerable independence and initiative in daily activities
