PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT

WORKING LOCATION: CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN. BHD., SUBANG

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum one (1) year of working experience in procurement or supply chain environment.
3. Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
4. Exposure to ERP/MRP/QAD systems is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform ERP/MRP/QAD transactions related to purchasing activities (e.g., PR conversion to PO, PO generation, price list and template maintenance).
2. Monitor and track Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance and supplier acknowledgment.
3. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery in accordance with required schedule.
4. Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
