Procurement Associate Business Process Lead

The Associate Business Process Lead supports the execution of the global business process excellence strategy roadmap by driving process improvement initiatives that promote standardization and consistency across the global Procurement footprint. The role is responsible for conducting internal assessments to evaluate current-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization, benchmarking industry best practices, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, the position leads Procurement knowledge management initiatives through the development and maintenance of supplier profiles, industry data analysis, and relevant reporting that supports Procurement associates globally.
