SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS – PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE
Deployment Location: South Caloocan

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or any related field
• With solid experience in procurement, sourcing, and purchasing functions
• Knowledgeable in supplier accreditation, price negotiation, and contract coordination
• Able to process purchase requests, prepare purchase orders, and monitor order status
• Experienced in canvassing, cost comparison, and evaluating supplier quotations
• Strong coordination skills when dealing with vendors and internal departments
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Capable of monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment
• Organized, analytical, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned onsite at South Caloocan
